Are your shoes original?
Yes — 100%. We only sell original branded shoes imported from the USA, UK and Europe. We never sell copies, first-copies or “master copies”.
What does “thrift” or “preloved” mean?
Thrift shoes are pre-owned or surplus pairs sold at a big discount. Our stock includes brand-new factory leftovers, store returns and gently used pairs — each clearly graded. See the Condition Guide.
How do I place an order?
Tap Buy it now to go straight to checkout, or Add to cart to keep shopping. Enter your name, address, city and phone number and choose Cash on Delivery. You can also order on WhatsApp.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan. You pay the courier when your shoes arrive.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2–4 working days to major cities and 3–6 working days elsewhere. See Shipping & Returns.
What if the size doesn't fit?
Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as you receive the pair. Because each pair is one-of-one, we’ll offer an exchange for another available pair in your size. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.
Are the shoes cleaned?
Yes. Every pre-owned pair is washed, deodorised and sanitised before it’s dispatched.
Will I get the exact pair in the photos?
Yes. Every pair is unique, so the photos show the exact shoes you’ll receive. Want extra photos or a video? Just ask on WhatsApp.
How do I find my size?
Use our Size Guide for UK, US, EU and cm conversions — it’s also on every product page. You can also ask us for the insole length of any pair.
