Shipping
We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar): 2–4 working days
- Other cities & towns: 3–6 working days
- Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Pay in cash when your parcel arrives — no advance payment needed. Please keep your phone on so the courier can reach you.
Exchanges
Because every pair is one-of-one, we can’t restock the same shoe in a different size. If your pair doesn’t fit:
- Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you receive your order.
- Keep the shoes unworn outdoors and in the same condition you received them.
- Choose another available pair — we’ll arrange the exchange.
Wrong item or not as described? If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll make it right — contact us on WhatsApp with photos and we’ll sort it out quickly.

Once dispatched, we’ll send your tracking number. You can also message us to track your order.
